Canada - 07/28/09 Technical Due Diligence of Sky Power´s New Wind Turbine An experienced, global team of SGS wind energy experts was responsible for the feasibility and timeline of the project, as well as the review of the management and engineering capability, fatal flaw analysis and due diligence for all suppliers and supplier agreements. The Technical Due Diligence process itself was carried out in three sequenced steps -- Design Basis and Wind Turbine Evaluation, Contract and Specifications Review, and Manufacturing Quality and Suppliers’ Assessment. Upon conclusion of each individual phase, SGS reported on the outcome of the Technical Due Diligence process to Sky Power. The final result was summarized in a risk assessment matrix and action list, enabling Sky Power to plan further steps in their negotiation with AAER.
