SGS Nederland BV Successfully Performs Non-Destructive Testing for BP Europoort

Based on a competitive tender process, BP, one of the world's largest energy companies, chose the Industrial Division of SGS Nederland BV for the performance of Non-Destructive Testing on all installations in their entire refinery at Europoort.

One of the latest projects that SGS Nederland BV worked on for BP Europoort was the provision of technical support for the installation of a special bunker that is suitable for x-ray testing onsite.

BP is very pleased with the work of SGS as SGS personnel consistently work hard to ensure an optimal security situation for the refinery.

The success of SGS´s work relies on the close consultation with BP‘s internal inspection department; SGS and BP always work in close cooperation and the SGS team is seen more as a partner than an inspection company.
