Capital structure

The capital amounting to CHF 7'822'436.-  is divided into 7’822’436  registered shares at CHF 1.- face value.
At the ordinary shareholders meeting held on 19 March 2007, the Directors received approval for the issuance of 1,100,000 shares of conditional, and 500,000 shares of authorised capital.
