SGS STAX helps companies manage the risk of worksite safety. Delivering the missing link for work-site safety and duty of care by checking the training credentials of the workforce before they gain access to your site.

It also establishes the basis of an effective worksite safety management program, sourcing an independent database of 1.5 million training records. SGS STAX provides a clear audit trail in the event of incidents, accidents or legal action.

Risk is more than checking who comes onto your site, it’s knowing why they are there & that they are qualified to be there.  If you have contractors coming onto your site, you need to know they are qualified, inducted & appropriately assessed.

A site specific proactive safety messages can be displayed at Access Terminals while individuals log on or off the SGS STAX System. This can reinforce safety ideals within a group of employees but also increase contractor awareness of onsite safety guidelines.

Exception events such as insufficient break periods and site bans can trigger an email or SMS alert to designated security or safety individuals. This provides an effective way to monitor who is allowed on site and for how long without having to manually monitor this process. The STAX System can provide notification 30 days in advance from training expiry. The access terminal will notify the cardholder in a countdown method while personalized letters are sent out to the employer to warn of the impending expiry.
