SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of Holman-Wilfley Associates Limited (HWA). Based out of Cornwall, UK, HWA provide metallurgy testing and consulting services to the global mineral processing industry since 2004. SGS has been a key customer in the past and has relied on their expertise. HWA has revenues in excess of GBP 700K and 15 employees.

“SGS Minerals Services has worked with HWA and its team of professional engineers for a number of years and we are excited to welcome them into the SGS family” said Chris Kirk, CEO of SGS. “This acquisition will increase our metallurgy testing capabilities in Europe and enhance these competencies within SGS.”
