Workplace Records

A centralized database is the core to the Records Management and Site Access Control components of the safeSTAX system. Contractor and employee data records are retained in the safeSTAX database while data is updated to the Smart Card as information changes occur. The Smart Card allows for the storage of personnel information including personal details, training and qualifications.

Typically personnel details are entered into the safeSTAX system before Smart Identification cards are issued. When contractors and employees successfully complete and pass training courses, the records are updated onto the secured database. This will reflect that verification and certification has been achieved and will qualify the contractor to a specific area or task. Ongoing updates to the database can be made at any time at a local level.

SGS will certify the validity, and maintain a record of training documents for your site.

Benefits to your company:

  • Reassurance that the records will be maintained to stringent legislative requirement
  • Reduce storage requirements
  • Reduce laborious filing systems
  • Allow for staff efficiencies

Live Reporting

Being an online system, safeSTAX offers live reporting of on-site personnel, their qualifications and their movements throughout site – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from wherever you are. This provides a clear Audit trail in the event of incidents, accidents or legal action.

A key benefit of the SGS safeSTAX system is the online reporting systems. SGS provides flexible reporting capabilities. Managers can quickly evaluate key access and site related issues.  This can flow onto comparing contractor invoices to time on site potentially saving thousands of dollars. In the case of an emergency: records of next of kin, family doctor, allergies, and current medication and health details are available.

A feature of the system is daily, monthly and year to date (YTD) reports, including personnel hours worked, employee and contractor names for those accessing the site.

This system provides invaluable information to the site manager, contractor or service companies and may be used to validate invoiced hours for time on site. Web access makes safeSTAX available to remote offices even worldwide.

safeSTAX collects and analyses employee and contractor information of injuries, illnesses, accidents and incidents that occur during operations on site. This information will be linked to the other three modules within safeSTAX to help form effective reporting tools that can be used to analyze trends and hazards, and outline future preventative procedures. safeSTAX uses email notification functionality to communicate the various stages of data collection and reporting. It also incorporates data storage tools to capture as much information regarding the accident or incident as possible.

safeSTAX provides  extensive reporting capabilities, allowing you to gain information quickly and precisely.
