Three levels (1, 2, and 3) of inspection may be specified as per assignment instructions and range from final inspections to progressive inspections involving expediting, audits of suppliers, inspections as per ITP, documentation review, etc. A range of equipment is inspected from the manufacturing stage to final completion such as centrifugal pumps, electrical switchboards, various types of valves, lifeboats and davits, steel plate manufacture, manufacture of tubular, A/c and D/c ups, flanges, heat exchangers, p/v valves, anodes, coatings of pipes, injection skids, pressure vessels etc. Skilled, experienced and suitable qualified inspectors/engineers are utilised after approval is obtained from the client.
