Fleece Test Order Form (PDF 38 KB) This form must be completed to accompany samples sent in for fleece testing. Samples sent from overseas must be accompanied by a copy of the current MAF Biosecurity Permit (PDF 500 KB) which should be placed in a transparent envelope on the outside of the package.
MAF Permit (PDF 507 KB) This document is required to accompany all unprocessed wool samples sent to New Zealand. The details required on page 1 must be completed by the sender. It is advisable to have the document visible in a transparent envelope attached to the outside of the parcel. Updated versions of the MAF rules are maintained on the MAF website.
Minimum Sample Sizes (PDF 13 KB) This document shows the minimum sample sizes required for each of the major test types. If less sample is sent we may be unable to carry out the tests and delay will occur.
List of IWTO Standards (PDF 20 KB) This list includes identification of the Standards for which trading certificates can be issued, as opposed to those for which only test results can be issued (which carry no financial guarantee under IWTO rules). Updated lists of IWTO standards are maintained on the IWTO website, together with a list of ISO equivalents, where they exist.
